Uploaded GPX data is stored temporarily to provide app functionality. Weather data is processed for display within the app.

Use of the app is at your own risk. We assume no liability for technical failures, API outages, or data loss.

Users can request account deletion at any time. All associated data will be removed unless legal retention obligations exist.
